The Return of the “G-MAC’ for the Siena Season

The popular "G-MAC" sandwich is back at Cardona's for the Siena season! 

Named after Coach Gerry McNamara, the sandwich features hand-breaded crispy chicken cutlets tossed in Cardona's Tomato Basil Cream Sauce topped with field greens, sliced tomato, red onion, banana peppers, provolone & Balsamic glaze - served on a toasted roll. 

In honor of Siena Saints Guard, Justice Shoats #0 - add a little "ZIP" (our house made chili oil) to your G-MAC! 

A portion of this season's featured sandwich sales will go to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of the Capital Region.
