 REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

**Please temper all dishes for 45 min - 1 hour before placing in preheated oven.

***Leave plastic wrap and foil lid on items when reheating. This helps to steam the food and prevents it from drying out during the reheating process. 


Arancini:
½ pan - 350 for 20 minutes covered. 350 for 10 minutes, uncovered
Full pan - same 


Fried Mozz:
½ pan - 350 uncovered 20 minutes
Full pan - same 


Eggplant Rollatini:
½ pan - 350 for 25 minutes covered
Full pan - 350 35 minutes covered 


Chicken Tenders:
½ pan - 350 for 25 minutes covered. 7 minutes, uncovered
Full pan - 350 for 35 minutes covered. 7 minutes, uncovered 


Roasted Potatoes:
½ pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered. 10 minutes, uncovered
Full pan - 350 for 35 minutes covered. 10 minutes, uncovered 


Garlic Mashed:
½ pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover to stiir. Recover and bake 10 minutes more
Full pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover to stir. Recover and bake 15 minutes more 


Roasted Veg:
½ pan - 350 for 25 minutes covered
Full pan - 350 for 35 minutes covered 


Broccoli Rabes:
½ pan - 350 for 25 minutes covered.
Full pan - 350 for 35 minutes covered.


Pasta: All, except Baked Ziti & Cream Based Pastas (ie. Mac-n-Cheese/ Pasta Florentine/ Tortellini Carbonara/ Pasta Primavera & Fettuccine Alfredo)
½ pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered. Remove, uncover, stir & bake 15 minutes more.
Full pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered. Remove, uncover, stir & bake 20 minutes more.


Eggplant Parm/ Lasagnas/ Baked Ziti/ Cream Based Pastas: (ie. Mac-n-Cheese/ Pasta Florentine/ Tort Carbonara/ Pasta Primavera & Fettuccine Alfredo)
½ pan - 350 for 25 minutes covered. Remove, uncover, stir & bake 15 minutes more.
Full pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered. Remove, uncover, stir & bake 15 minutes more. Remove, stir & bake additional 15 min more. 


Sausage + Peppers/ Sausage, Potatoes + Onions:
½ pan - 350 for 35 minutes covered.
Full pan - 350 for  45 minutes covered. 


Stuffed Shells
½ pan - 350 for 40 minutes covered.
Full pan - 350 for 50 minutes covered. 


Chicken (all):
Sm - 350 for 30 minutes covered or until 165 internal temp.
Med - 350 for 40 minutes covered or until 165 internal temp.
Lg - 350 for 50 minutes covered or until 165 internal temp. 


Beef (all):
½ pan - 350 for 25 minutes covered or until desired ‘liked temp’
Full pan - 350 for 35 minutes covered or until desired ‘liked temp’
‘liked temp’ = (ie. medium rare/ medium/ medium well etc)


Salmon/ Cod:
½ pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered.
Full pan - 350 for 40 minutes covered.


Soup Kit:
Stove top on medium-low heat covered until simmering.
Stirring occasionally. 


Meatballs:
½ pan - 350 for 30 minutes covered.
Full pan - 350 for 45 minutes covered.
