“The Mig” is Back for Track Season!

Just in time for the start of the 2025 track season, Cardona’s relaunches “The Mig” - a celeb sandwich that honors legendary Saratoga Race Course jockey, Richard Migliore. 

“The Mig” features Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, Rosemary Ham, Fresh Mozzarella, Hot pepper Relish, Roasted Red Peppers, Italian Dressing, Balsamic Glaze & Lettuce. 

Sales of the sandwich help support the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund and the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. 

Mig stopped by the Saratoga Market on the eve of the start of the summer racing season to take a first bite of the sandwich. It’s now available all summer long at all market locations.
