Cardona’s Market 80th Anniversary Celebration
This year, Cardona’s Market celebrates 80 years as a family-owned business in the Capital Region. Since 1945, our Italian market and catering company has significantly grown from a small neighborhood “pork store” in downtown Albany to a multi-location business spanning three generations of ownership.
Join us as we celebrate 80 years with “8 days of giving,” from May 15th - 22nd. All week long, we will be featuring the following daily specials available in-store at all market locations:
May 15 - Throwback Thursday - All small sandwiches are $8 for the day
May 16 - Freebie Friday - Choice of free cookie, chips, or bottle of water with any large sandwich purchase
May 17 - Steam Table Saturday - All steam table items are only $8/lb
May 18 - Sunday Sauce Day - All jars of Cardona’s Homemade Sauce are $8 (limit 5 jars per customer)
May 19 - Meatball Monday - 6-packs of meatballs are on special for $8 (limit 3 packs per customer)
May 20 - Take Out Tuesday - Select Grab & Go Specials for $8 each. Including: Spaghetti & Meatballs, Lasagna, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm (limit 4 per customer)
May 21 - Winning Wednesday - Stop by any market on winning Wednesday and enter to win your chance for 3 grand prizes:

Introducing the $80 Sandwich & Sandwich Eating Challenge:
Our Latham Market will be featuring an $80 sandwich eating challenge (unveiling our newest sandwich creation…"The Boss of Bosses") on May 15th from 10am-2pm.
Weighing in at 8 pounds, this $80 sandwich is stacked with 8 hand-breaded Cardona’s chicken cutlets, 8 sliced eggplant cutlets, 8 slices of tomato, 8 slices of provolone, a hefty layer of “Big D” Italian meats, house-made garlic aioli, shredded lettuce, banana peppers, served on a full Italian loaf of bread.
If you can finish it by yourself in 30 minutes or less, it’s free! To participate in the challenge, please pre-register by May 15th (email marketing@cardonasmarket.com to sign up for a time slot)
