Cardona’s Market specializes in custom cakes for life’s celebrations, as well as homemade pies and specialty cakes, including carrot cake, chocolate mousse cake, cheesecake, 14 layer chocolate cake, and, of course, our famous Italian cakes. All custom cake orders can be placed online, by phone, or in-person at our locations in Saratoga, Albany and Latham.

Whether you need a custom birthday cake, or a sweet finish for an anniversary party, holiday dinner or any other occasion, our custom cakes are available in 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” rounds, and serve up to 35 guests (for one cake). Select from 10 different cake flavors, dozens of fillings, and a variety of icing options, and we’ll include the inscription of your choice.

Cardona’s also offers a delicious selection of Italian favorites, including tiramisu cake, Italian rum cake and cannoli cake. Our cheesecakes are also available in a variety of flavors - including blueberry, raspberry, caramel, pumpkin, and oreo. Our fruit and cream pies are perfect for the holidays and Thanksgiving. Choose from apple crumb, double crust apple pie, blueberry crumb, cherry crumb, pumpkin, pecan, banana cream, chocolate cream, and our mouthwatering tollhouse pie.
